The Nauti Shack is a newly renovated two-bedroom, one-bath Florida vacation house that accommodates up to four guests. The home is fully furnished and includes Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, keypad entry, main-floor laundry, and a stocked kitchen with utensils.
Guests can relax on the screened-in top deck, bottom patio, outdoor patio, or around the fire pit. The fully fenced property also includes 30 feet of shoreline, a brand-new dock, a blow-up raft, a lily pad, and parking for up to three vehicles.
A 12-by-24-foot pool is under construction and expected to be completed in October. Downstairs construction is also underway, and the home will eventually offer three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for up to six guests.

Bedrooms: Two (2) bedrooms each sleep up to two (2) people.
Bathrooms: One (1) bathroom.
Future Accommodations: The downstairs area is currently under construction. Once complete, The Nauti Shack will offer three bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to six guests.
2. What are the check-in/check-out details and access information?
Check-In Time: From 2:00 PM ET.
Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM ET.
Access: Keyless self-check-in with a code at the front door.
3. What outdoor spaces does the property offer?
Guests can enjoy this Florida vacation rental’s screened-in top deck, lower patio, fire pit, fully fenced yard, shoreline, and private dock. The property also includes a blow-up raft and lily pad for enjoying time on the water.
4. Does the property have a dock?
Yes. The Nauti Shack has a brand-new 150-foot dock. Guests can fish from the dock, watch wildlife, enjoy the water, and boat up to the property.
5. Can guests swim at the property?
Yes. Guests can swim in the water and enjoy the shoreline area. As with any natural water access, guests should use care and follow local safety guidance.
6. What kitchen facilities are available
The kitchen is stocked with utensils for everyday cooking. Guests may also clean fish in the kitchen after fishing.
7. Is the internet available?
Yes, we provide high-speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) for guest use.
8. Is the pool available now?
No, the pool is currently under construction and is expected to be completed in October. Once finished, it will be a 12-by-24-foot private pool.
9. How is the property cooled?
The property is cooled with whole-house air conditioning.
10. Are laundry facilities available?
Yes. Laundry is available on-site on the main floor.
11. Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are allowed at The Nauti Shack. Guests are asked to keep pets off the furniture.
12. What are the cleaning rules?
Guests must clean up after themselves, place all garbage in bins, and strip beds before checking out.

The Nauti Shack is near Sebastian Inlet, the Indian River, the Intracoastal Waterway, local restaurants, and a nearby bait shop. Guests can enjoy fishing, boating, beach trips, wildlife viewing, and day trips throughout the area.
